Nicola joined the NHS in 2015 as a hospital receptionist moving on to provide administrative assistance to numerous clinical services. She came to Care City in November 2016 to work as a Project Support Officer, and is now responsible for supporting all areas of Care City project and administration work.  Nicola enjoys working with service users, to provide feedback to be used in the design of digital innovations and the improvement it can make to patient care.
