Rachel joined Care City as Communications Lead in January 2016 after delivering the Care City launch event as a consultant Event Manager. She subsequently identified an opportunity to use her marketing and communications experience to build the Care City brand across the local community and health and social care environment and works closely with Project Leads and stakeholders to promote our work in our East London community and beyond. Most recently she has been driving forward promotion of our work supporting NELHCP’s Career Programme, inspiring and encouraging young people to consider jobs in health and social care.

Rachel has a BEng in European Business and Technology from Coventry University and has worked extensively across the globe supporting development and roll out of marketing, event and communication strategies across many different industries including finance, insurance, civil engineering, education and sport.
