Using AI to dynamically automate and optimise the allocation of people to their work
We are involved with a project with Satalia looking at scheduling for district nurses and we want to hear from those with experience. We appreciate that nurses are extremely busy right now battling the COVID pandemic, and we don’t want to interrupt them at this time. But there may be some who are available, for health, family, professional reasons.
We are looking primarily at those involved in nursing scheduling at NELFT, but there may be others in London or Essex, who could be able to help us.

Care City : Care City is a centre for healthy ageing innovation, research, and education. It is based in Barking and works across the four boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest, with reach into Essex and surrounding areas through provision networks.
Satalia: We’re 120 people, distributed across Europe. For the last 10 years, we’ve been building enterprise AI technologies for some of the world’s best-known organisations, including Tesco and PwC.
